The mission of the Commercial Business Division is to sell advanced technologies, basic engineering, products, equipment, and services for our customers. BD's role is to offer the entire Axens solutions portfolio, and in particular sustainable and efficient solutions for producing clean fuels and chemical intermediates from petroleum and any other carbon source, including bio-resources and natural gas processing. New areas of activity such as processes related to plastic recycling, CO2 capture, or H2 and CO2 treatment are also in Axens' portfolio. In a context of continuous development of the sales activity of equipment, systems, packages, desalters within the Commercial Business Division (CIAL BD), the Equipment Sales Manager's mission is to ensure the sale of these products on a determined portfolio ( reaching several million Euros per year) and under the responsibility of the Head of Sales. He is in contact with the "Regional Sales Managers" based in Rueil-Malmaison or in Axens subsidiaries and the Equipment team of the Projects and Operations Division. This includes commercial promotion, preparation of offers and negotiation of contracts in a context with a strong international dimension. MAIN MISSIONS As Equipment Account Sales Manager you will : Analyze and manage customer tender requirements for all equipment scope (excluding furnaces and modules) Specifically for non-proprietary packages such as the purification of hydrogen, biogas and tools related to digitalization, be pro-active by proposing a commercial strategy in response to these calls for tender (selectivity of business, execution plan, etc.) in connection with his hierarchy and the technology & execution teams. Coordinate the various actors (Legal Division, Technology Product Lines, Sales Operations) necessary for the construction of the technical and commercial offer on the cases for which he is responsible Prepare, clarify and defend commercial proposals Negotiate contracts in liaison with the “Legal Division” Ensure the commercial follow-up of the business for which the Equipment Sales Manager is responsible: balance sheets, reporting, sales forecasts, change orders, updating of CRM information systems Participate in the construction of the commercial strategy of the offer with the Equipment Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Managers, and the sales department.
