Missions: Within the Industrial Operations Business Division (BD IOP), reporting directly to the Industrial Technical Director based in Rueil, your main tasks will be · Prepare for the future by proposing, in collaboration with the plants, appropriate digital solutions to improve the performance of Industrial Operations · Propose the digital transformation roadmap for all industrial sites, on an international scope of the BD IOP, in collaboration with plant managers · Co-construct and manage the roadmap with the departments in charge of Digital Innovation and Information and Telecommunications Systems · Lead the deployment of the Process Data Lake solution and Augmented Expertise tools on all sites. · To act as the OT (Industrial IT tools) referent for all the sites of the BD IOP · Set up a communication system to celebrate successes at AXENS level · Ensure Technology Watch by integrating professional networks Qualifications: You are an experienced engineer (10 years+) with experience of leading transformation projects in their human and technical dimensions, with knowledge of the world of industrial chemistry and the logic and tools of digital transformation. You speak English fluently.
